If your order doesn't show up in your order history, it may be that you weren't logged in at the time the order was placed. If you place an order while logged out, you cannot add it to your account's order history later.
If you place an order while logged out, you can still check the status at our Order Status page. You'll need your order number, last name, and the email address used when placing the order.
Note: it is possible to check out as a guest and enter the email address of your Fossil.com account at checkout. Doing so does not log you in or add your order to your history - only logged-in orders are saved to your account.
