If you can't check out or get an error message while placing your order, it could be an issue with the billing information provided. Please check the following before clicking "Place Order" again, as multiple unsuccessful order attempts may result in multiple credit or debit card authorizations:
- The billing name and address must match your credit card statement exactly. Is the information up to date? Please refer to your credit card company for confirmation.
- Is the security code correct? For Visa, MasterCard and Discover, this is the LAST 3 digits on the back of your card. For American Express, it is the 4 small digits located on the front of your card.
- Was your card issued in the United States? For shipments within the United States, Fossil.com accepts only US issued credit cards.
If you confirmed the above and are still getting an order, please contact Customer Care with the exact words of the error for the quickest resolution.
Note: Each time an order is attempted, a pending authorization will be placed on your account. These pending authorizations usually drop off in 3-5 business days, dependent upon your bank.
